Here are the general guidelines:

Timing:
Work is completed in the order that it was received.
Allow anywhere from 1-3 months for completion, depending upon size and complexity.

Terms:
Upon agreement of project, 1/2 down is required to begin the work.
At completion, the remainder plus shipping charges are due before shipment.

Once you have received the painting, you will have 7 days to examine and accept. If you should decide to return it, because it is a special order customized for you, there will be a 35% re-stocking fee.
