Damaged
items:
Southern Heart Gallery will refund your purchase price, your return
shipping charge, and your original shipping charge. Be sure to contact
us for an RMA number before returning any item.

To obtain a refund of shipping charges for items damaged in transit,
you must retain the box and packing material in case the shipper
needs to inspect them for insurance purposes. On all returns, please
use the original box and packing material. Southern Heart Gallery
is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit which do
